The department oversees the community’s doctors, hospitals and clinics that come together in various associations to offer affordable healthcare services to all community members and the larger society. They also raise awareness and educate members about prevalent health concerns and lifestyle diseases, focusing on their prevention and outlining successful treatments.

A common platform for doctors and medical professionals from the community fosters dialogue and an exchange of ideas across geographic borders and different fields of specialisation. Regional associations in the UK, USA, UAE & Kuwait work to raise awareness about medical issues and provide quick interventions when required. Especially during the Covid-19 pandemic, these associations played a leading role in raising awareness within the community regarding health and safety and later in the advocacy for vaccination. Doctors and paramedics also conduct health-checkup camps on a regular basis where they also visit rural areas and offer their professional services.
