Under the leadership of His Holiness’ consort, Joheratussharaf Aaisaheba, a range of initiatives, trusts, and organisations have been formed to empower Dawoodi Bohra women and enable them to reach their full potential in the various roles and responsibilities they undertake in their families, communities and society.

Along with supporting, guiding and training women for their educational, professional and entrepreneurial endeavours, the collective manages several women-led grassroots initiatives, such as Happy Threads, Happy Nests and Happy Treats, that provide community women opportunities to support their homes and augment their livelihoods.
