Shahzada Idris Badruddin is the fifth son of Syedna Mohammed Burhanuddin and brother of Syedna Mufaddal Saifuddin.

As the head of Dawat-e-Hadiyah’s Department of Education, Shahzada Badruddin has instituted numerous initiatives for the advancement of over 40 schools as well as the holistic development of the thousands of students they cater to. 

Prime among his initiatives is the enhancement of classrooms with the introduction of new and beneficial technological innovations prevalent in the global education sector, driven by his personal enthusiasm for utilising modern technology. He is also involved in designing school curriculums and the publication of specialised textbooks and other study material and teaching aids. Under his guidance, the department has also introduced regular and sustained teacher training programmes to help faculty keep acquainted with developments in the world of education and to continually improve their skills and core competencies. Placing equal emphasis on physical health and development alongside academic and moral excellence, Shahzada Badruddin continues to spearhead the improvement of sporting and recreational facilities throughout all schools.
